1. We requested clean sheets a few of the nights and the staff confrimed this would be done.

2. The room has everything you need: a safe, iron, wifi, good lighting, hair dryer, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful cotton sheets.

6. controls (heat/cooling) Our son got a bloody nose on sheets and after informing housekeeping was so gracious and didn't even blink and eye.
