1. The hotel we where moved to was recently renovated complete with a non functioning shower & loud traffic noise all night.

3. This hotel was old and smelly; you can NOT control the temp in your own room; TV reception poor (and some of the channels we were suppose to have wouldn't come in); tub rusted out (with bad paint job); cracked bathroom tiles; crap coming from shower head and clogging drain; rusted/dusty light fixture secured to cracked mirror in bathroom.

4. Hotel is very run down- from paint chipping to tired rugs to the non-working TV to the lack of any water pressure of the shower to the glued shut windows.

5. Had a great time, only complaint I can really remember was the bathroom was small, and the water pressure in the shower was sometimes not that great, but for an overall rating, would stay at hotel again, it was right in South Beach, Very Friendly Staff, and Budget Friendly.

7. The rooms are small and dirty - stains on the rugs, paint chipping in the showers, bugs, dirty bedding, etc. The pool was not much better, no clean towels or anyone ever available outside to help you.

10. My room had a MOLD-ish substance growing in the closet, the shower faucet knob was coming off and there was no sound proofing between the hallway and my room (which was right next to the elevator).
