4. the bartender who runs that back restaurant and the lobby bar is AWESOME and you always see him (poor guy never goes home it seems).

It has a decent pool, it's ocean front property and its walking distance to all the fun (the mall, espinola way with all the great restaurants, ocean drive is about 8 blocks away (Mango's is a must as well as Wet Willy's on ocean drive) , all the clubs on washington avenue and there is a public parking lot only 3 blocks away that charges the most $8.00 a day.
