1. He helped accomodate us in the pool, brought us fresh towels, and was very helpful in telling us where to visit at the local hot spots.

2. the pool area was dirty and i never saw anyone there cleaning out the pool, there were no attendants there to regulary pick up wet towels and put out clean ones- i had to walk all the way to the front desk to get someone to bring clean towels.
