3. When we told the manager we wasnt happy & felt mislead by the pictures on the net we were told the ritz carlton is up the road but we didnt have to go that far to find a fantastic hotel the doubletree surfcomber is right next door to what i renamed norman bates hotel from the film phsyco.

4. The staff would not help find manager when i did find manager he was talking to girl who was crying all her items had been taken out her room, manager had said she had no item when she check in but the girl the said that manager had help her to her room with the items.

7. I did not sorry the room was grub and needed refit, i ask to see the manager and was told he would phone my room which he did not.

9. We arrived quite late at night, and Henry (the desk manager there at that time) went out of his way to make sure we had a room and a place to park our huge red rental van (a Mazda upgrade and we like to call it!).
