8. iask for early check i has i just come of cruise, which i did not get i was told they had no detail of my booking i had to paid again, ihad book and paid on website affter 3 hours i had to get in touch with the websit it was no untill they got in touch with hotel they let me check in.

9. The staff would not help find manager when i did find manager he was talking to girl who was crying all her items had been taken out her room, manager had said she had no item when she check in but the girl the said that manager had help her to her room with the items.
