1. We had an issue with our shower stall (this was after they got the water back on after 15 hours), where the water didn't turn on and the hot and cold knobs didn't work properly, and we called somebody up to work on it.

8. after a long flight first thing is a long hot shower, very very very small shower stall no tub and most of all NO HOT WATER, next day NO HOT WATER, I informed Rene, If this is not corrected I will request room in a sister property.
