Our room was very nice; however, we had no phone, no internet, no safe, 1 facecloth for two people, no kitchen towels or dishcloths, no ice bucket, new fridge with no ice cube trays, no iron, no ironing board, no phone or TV instructions, no area magazines, water tasted like 'hose water', toilet was not working properly (we fixed it), sheets were torn, received coffee the first day & were told we had to pay $1.00 for each day there after, did not receive shampoo or soap each day, elevators stopped working for a few hours one day & the stairs were too much to walk, no hotel shuttle, stayed away from the continental breakfast.
