1. We stayed here for two weeks and despite the frustrations would likely stay again if the rate was good (we booked through the hotel directly and got the seniors rate).

4. If you could stay in a clean, comfortable newly renovated room, with all the basic amenities, plus some extras like a flat screen TV and refrigerator, add friendly service and convenient location to, well, everything,top it off with reasonable rates ( including return guest discounts) .

10. I took a room on the 8th floor that featured Hawaiian style bamboo bed and furnishings, Everything was clean and first-rate, and the bathrooms featured new marble and tile.
