Staff was pleasant as well, but there were occasional room issues - not restocking soap, coffee, etc. The only drawback was the parking - next-door in the sister hotel - Aqua Tower; it was accessible, but a long walk down the ramp (or a long wait for the elevator) and a hefty additional daily cost for the luxury.
