The owner of the property hapened to be in the lobby, I introduced my self and expressed my concerns and he said I'm sorry, and my response that that was not exceptiable and that we should have the services that you advertise your hotel to be, and have to pay good money and have to experance these problems, when we are on holiday and that 'word of mouth' goes along way.
