1. First I want to start out by saying the room attendant (Fely) assigned to my suit was very helpful and showed a level of courtesy unapproachable by any other I have known in past stays in other hotels.

2. 3-11,2011, we upgraded to the Superior Suite with a Kitchenette, from my experience this is what I can tell you:- Our 'kitchen' had a stove/sink/microwave/a whisk (for eggs)/Forks/Butter Knives/Spoons/Coffee Machine/a Toaster that didn't work/can opener/a mini fridge that wasn't quite cold enough, and that's literally all that was there.

10. the laundry area is open to the parkade with no doors, so i guess technically it's not INSIDE the hotel- The hotel is located outside of the heart of downtown waikiki: it's about a 10-20 min walk to the main downtown shops/restaurants/bars, BUT it is close 5 min walk to a big shopping mall and about a 10-15 min walk to Waikiki BeachIf you are planning to upgrade to the kitchenette suite, just be prepared by reading this review and you won't be disappointed, you'll know what to expect.
