4. I guess I could write about the broken lamps in the room, or the missing towels, poor TV reception, or the malfunctioning shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom,or the lousy service at the front desk (check in took 45 minutes and I was the only person at the desk).

5. nothing to brag about, the only problem I had with the room was the lack of towels provided, we ran out of towels our first day and the tv remote needed batteries, and we had trouble keeping the A/C on all night for my mom but i'm not a complainer and I'm sure they would have corrected the problem if we had complained.

6. We all agree it's good to reduce our footprint and cut back on wasted resources, but the housekeeper didn't even enter the room except to drop a pile of towels off.
