2. I think it just stems from my belief that most hotels are overpriced, and the 'luxury' hotels often charge for all their flash but sacrifice important substance, like vital room features (comfort, amenities, etc.).

6. The room was excellant, not much of a view but it was OK, the amenities in the room were great, very clean and well appointed, bed was very comfortable(king), good pillows, all staff contact was very gracious and accommodating, it was in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.
