1. I don't like having to be bothered with making a bed and calling for fresh towels, coffee, toiletries, etc. when I'm on vacation.

9. They have an offer if you want to go "green" and refuse housekeeping the give you a $5 credit to your room, I will forgo new towels and linen (request them every other day) however not to have a guestroom serviced seems pretty crazy.

10. The maid was a bit rude, I needed my towels to be changed so I went and told her my room does not need to be made but I would like new towels, she exchanged 4 towels for me and said, " You use that many towels?" I was so shocked, I then reply " there are 4 of us staying here.
