5. I was very impressed with the entire staff, from the Bellmen that helped me out of the cab, the people that checked me in, the staff in the restaurant to the concierge that took 20 mins of her time to help me decide where to enjoy dinner from the hundreds of restaurants within walking distance.

8. the Horton Plaza is right in the downtown area so it is in walking distance to the Gaslamp Quarter and the concierge was very helpful with dinner recommendations.
