1. Recommendation for dinner at Croce's - a short walk from the hotel - was 'right on the money!' Delicious, varied menu with a band that got us up dancing.

2. Maybe it's just me, but for a hotel the caliber of the Westin, I would expect that they would invest the money in having a good internet network capable of supporting every room in the hotel using the internet.

3. If these complaints seem petty, consider that suites that cost this much money are usually only found in 5-star properties like Four Seasons, Peninsula, etc..

7. I never felt threatened by any of them and when they asked for money it was always done very politely, regardless of whether I gave something, or not.

8. Unfortunately, many homeless in the area (about a block away) some of whom are not all together, and most approach you for money and many are very forward (in your face and touching you to get your attention).
