1. We had no problems getting extra towels and pillows since there was a housekeeping cart permanently stationed in our hallway.

10. not recommended if you want a tub that drains, a toilet that flushes, extra towels, adequate toilet paper, computer services that work AND print, a good local restaurant recommendation, smiling and pleasant staff, need I go on.
