1. The water would not go into the drain (see pic), there was black mold and it looked like no one has cleaned the tub in about 6 months.

8. The Executive Suite had a nice view of the river and has a Sleeping Area with small LCD TV and separated by a wall with two door ways, a Living Area with bar and mini refrigerator, lounge furniture, large LCD TV, desk, bathroom with combo shower/tub and robe.

9. The first night we there was an emergency water shut-off, the the third night I waited for two hours and never received towels, and my sixth night my tub never drained even after three separate complaints it never got fixed.

10. Upon arrriving at our room we found a used bath towel hanging on the back of the door,and numerous hairs left in the bathroom,tub, floor,ceiling etc.As well there was a giant hairball in the closet.
