1. Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional service from the valet, bell hop, and concierge.

What we liked: the room was nicely appointed, if a bit small (the hotel was built in the 60's or 70's and has been renovated); meeting spaces were nicely laid out; staff service was generally good (our floor maid was excellent); bell service and front desk was very good; they had a Starbucks in the lobby.
