9. We asked ourselves: if a guest calls up to specifically complain that there are strangers' hairs all over their towels, when the very nice housekeeping person shows up to deliver more, wouldn't it make sense to look at the new towels beforehand to ensure that THEY DON'T HAVE HAIR ON THEM.
