1. I don't require fresh linens or towels as I am the only to use them and i'm not in town for long so I thought that was a very smart option to give eco-conscious travelers.

3. Room not the cleanist, I found long strands of hair throughout my stay all through the room ( bathroom sink, on the towels, carpet) I have a phobia about other people hair so this kinda grossed me out.
