1. The 'Green' program for housekeeping is nice, since I prefer to not have staff in my room unless necessary.

Fast and friendly valet service, beautiful large lobby, large gift shop (souvenirs, drinks, snacks, magazine, plus everything else which you may have forgotten to pack), Starbucks in the lobby area with a nice selections of pastries and snacks (love the takeout salads too), nice pool area (the lady that works there is very friendly and hard working), large gym area, good housekeeping (my compliments to housekeeper BAN for her friendliness and helpfulness), good room service.

Check-in (Jenny) was very accommodating despite a little glitch on a second room reservation (perhaps on my part), the well appointed room on the concierge level overlooked the new strikingly beautiful Phoenix Convention Center, our lunch of heirloom tomato soup and salmon wraps was excellent, front drive management was friendly and eager to assist, housekeeping was quiet and effective, and Tom at check-out recommended a Trip Advisor critique.
