When I called customer service about the alarm clock, they were not empathetic at all--I got a brief-sorry-- so I asked to speak to the manager who was very good about it and said he would speak to the housekeeping manager to remind staff to turn off the alarms in rooms where guests had checked out.

9. Most business hotels have 'rather be somewhere else' staff but here, the general attitude was 'eager to please'; I LIKE working here; how can I help YOU, etc. Of note was a last minute business dinner for 6 at the restaurant and the supervisor or manager, I believe a Mr.
