How much more could it
cost
to have really good quality food there and make a really great impression on Club level customers who by definition are willing to pay more to get more?- The elevators are poorly marked.

One thing I will comment on because I didn't not find it any references to
cost

cost
to me and I could run my laptop, iPad and iPhone during my entire stay.

If you want free wifi the lobby has a signal at no
cost
to guests but who wants to sit in the lobby and do computer work that should be free in your room.
