1. How much more could it cost to have really good quality food there and make a really great impression on Club level customers who by definition are willing to pay more to get more?- The elevators are poorly marked.

3. I understand that by not changing the sheets everyday you save energy, water, soap, and eventually labor cost; but I personally would just like to have the bed made and the trash taken away every day.

4. I am not sure if the conference group payed for the wireless Internet but I really loved that it was at no cost to me and I could run my laptop, iPad and iPhone during my entire stay.

7. If you want free wifi the lobby has a signal at no cost to guests but who wants to sit in the lobby and do computer work that should be free in your room.
