Check-in (Jenny) was very accommodating despite a little glitch on a second room reservation (perhaps on my part), the well appointed room on the concierge level overlooked the new strikingly beautiful Phoenix Convention Center, our lunch of heirloom tomato soup and salmon wraps was excellent, front drive management was friendly and eager to assist, housekeeping was quiet and effective, and Tom at check-out recommended a Trip Advisor critique.
