4. After booking the room ( I choose a Master Suite because I have twin two year olds) I was impressed with all the follow up by the Westin prior to my arrival to see if I had any special needs.

5. We were upgraded to a magnificent resort suite and treated to champagne with chocolate covered strawberries on arrival because the hotel knew it was our wedding anniversary.

6. Our corner suite was huge with TV, CD/DVD player and sound system and overlooked the Catalina mountains and much of the city (with views of sunrise).

9. Our group used a 'Parlor' room as a hospitality suite and meeting venue and it was magnificent, was well maintained and brought up to the Westin standard every day.
