1. As a former frequent traveler, I was familiar with the 'heavenly' beds and plush decor at most Westins.

4. I agree also with what others have said about the rooms; while the 'suite' we had was huge and very comfortable for sleeping, the appointments (decor, furniture, TVs, bathrooms) definitely are overdue for updating.
