When we arrived at our room the first day the head of

was on her hands and knees cleaning what looked to be an imaginary spot on the carpet in our room.

supervisor went beyond being the best - Maria found out my bed was too firm and fixed it with soft pads so we Did not have to change rooms.

They provided everything we needed to make the rooms kid friendly: bed rails, crib, step stool for the bathroom, microwave, etc. Caesar in

was especially helpful on more than one occasion.

Also, despite a promised late Starwood check out,

kept banging on our door all day to clean the room and locked us out at 2PM making us take an unnecessary trip to the lobby for a new key.
