5. The staff at Elizabeth Arden are merely average for the rates they charge and they automatically add a 20% gratuity to your bill which I wouldn't have tipped (I would've tipped 15% for average service) if it wasn't automatically added.

6. I was not happy at all and sought out the manager who told me that this was disclosed at the time of reservation but agreed to take it off of the bill anyway.

10. I had a facial (professional, but not luxurious or pampering, pushing products for sale and offering to add a collegen treatment which would have increased the bill by $65 without mentioning the price)and a complimentary blow dry (normally $45).
