Pros: beautiful location, set up, lush green grounds, looks luxurious, a lot of parking space, friendly staff in restaurants and in golf carts, well maintained grounds, big pool area, adult pool only, kids pools, slides, nice restaurants on the hotel grounds, comfortable bed, etc. Cons: excluding breakfast, Internet (daily rate $14,=), due to late arrival welcomed by a lady not to be recognized as staff due to very casual clothing, no delivery of warm snacks in the room according to this lady (later that week we found out it is indeed available), no hotel info map in the room, bathroom (shower & tub need an update) no 'do not disturb sign' in the room, pool bar closes late afternoon (time varies), not enough staff to serve people in the pool area.
