Pros: spacious room, nice views, great looking pools (though I didn't get to use them); friendly gift shop person; good breakfast; coupons at check-in; Starbucks on property; fridge with waters; friendly staffCons: charged for internet access, robes and towels far from resort quality, no cotton balls and q-tips in the room (they bring those on request but I really shouldn't have to request something this basic); resort fee (for what?); tea tasted and smelled like coffee - need to rinse out better/ use different pots.

6. The room was very clean and was furnished with clean towels every day and the room was spruced up nicely every day when we returned.

7. I do have to mention the room's towels, too~ they were the thickest, softest towels I've ever had at a hotel or resort, and we travel a lot.

8. They have a cabana to pick up (free) towels to use there, so don't bother to bring your own, and there are more than enough comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas.

9. And my second complaint is that each morning we followed the instructions to NOT have the linens changed or get new towels, and despite following the instructions, we had new linens and fresh towels every time.
