The carpet was filthy, there were filth marks over the walls and the draperies, we found dead bugs and a live lizard crawling around in our room, we had cracked tile in the bathroom, the sliding screen door to the patio could not even be opened due to the frame and screen being bent and rusted, there was cracked and chipped paint on the underside of the balcony, then to make matters even worse there was a pipe that exploded outside our rooms the next morning flooding the hallway with water .
