7. Great first impressions - the bellman and front desk staff were super and even upgraded us to a suite (Omni Select Member) which was on the sharp front corner of the building with a commanding view.

9. the manager tried to say the room type wasnt available and when i pulled up the hotel website on my laptop it said the king room and a suite were available and they said the website had an error.

10. thats a pretty big error when other people could be booking those and arriving thinking they are getting a large suite and get stuck with a double bed.
