1. The next morning, when we spoke to the manager, she was as courteous as I've seen, switching over rooms and waiving certain charges and making the whole process as quick and pleasant as possible.

4. I saw the ED, general manager of the hotel constantly greating my group whether at the lobby, restaurant or even the pool making sure the guests were happy and satisfied.

When i arrived there i was greeted by Brandon the valet manager and when i gave the omni another chance i was greeted again by Brandon and he said hes back at the omni i am so relieved that he was the valet because he made sure i didnt have to pick up any luggage and that my car was waiting on me.

6. the manager tried to say the room type wasnt available and when i pulled up the hotel website on my laptop it said the king room and a suite were available and they said the website had an error.

7. I gave constructive feedback and the manager said that they have changed menu too many times and kitchen may not be familiar with the menu.

I know there is risk ordering a la carte at a restaurant that serves $11 lunch buffet, but when the blue crab soup showed up after 30 minutes with cheese and no crab chunks, with the sodium content rich enough to send anyone straight into a stroke or a salt coma, topping that with a halibut that was so goldened and chewy, with ingredients that was on the menu nowhere to be found in the plate, I called for the restaurant manager.
