5. The staff was nice, and given that I was there for a convention, I never needed to go far from my room to do business, grab dinner, coffee etc. There appeared to be a nice rooftop pool area though I never used it.

We needed to be at the Omni (or another hotel downtown) so that we could walk to the arena to make sure we got there on time for a security check and could enjoy a private perfomance by Paul and a dinner afterward in the VIP lounge back stage and we were also sitting 3rd row center for the concert.

9. My wife and I went down to the pool for about 1 hr, and come back to get ready for dinner and house keeping came to our room 3x wanting to clean up the room because they had been notified that we moved to room 709 (we were in room 1116).
