1. Service was fantastic (free cookies for the kids sent up after we checked in, free juice/coffee delivered to your room in the morning, nice rollaway bed was already in the room, express check in even though I hadn't requested it, etc.) Outdoor pool area looked very cool with nice lounge chairs.

4. After the conference was over, and the day we checked out, the hotel graciously allowed us use of the rooftop pool for the day, and held our car in their parking area while we enjoyed the day.

8. The staff was nice, and given that I was there for a convention, I never needed to go far from my room to do business, grab dinner, coffee etc. There appeared to be a nice rooftop pool area though I never used it.
