1. My room was small but comfortable, and being in San Francisco I wanted to enjoy the scenery rather than stay in my room.

3. Breakfast is provided in the tea room, basic toast, muffins, cereal, etc. Rooms are smaller, but still had enough room to maneuver, and luckily had a ceiling fan which helped as the rooms got a bit warm.
