1. Centrally located, 5 min walk to train to get to/from airport, and you can pretty much walk from there to anywhere you like.

10. Excellent location - 2 min walk and you are on market st where all the shops are loads of eating places around like a burger king, a diner called lori's that do nice food, couple of irish pubs, plus loads more for almost every type of food.
