2. The staff were really friendly and helpful in booking airport shuttles, storing luggage etc. They were very strict on the 3pm check in - I arrived at 2.30pm and couldn't check in.

3. Also if you look in the Bay City Guide there's a coupon for an airport shuttle that picks you up right at the hotel and takes you to the airport for $11/pp which is great if you're leaving during rush hour and have lots of xtra bags from shopping.

4. Complimentary Tea, coffee, juices, breads and fruit were served on floor 2 from 0730 and 0930Reception staff were really friendly and helpful in booking trips, luggage storage and airport shuttles.
