8. The staff were really friendly and helpful in booking airport shuttles, storing luggage etc. They were very strict on the 3pm check in - I arrived at 2.30pm and couldn't check in.

10. (Bread/toast, muffins, cereals with coffee/tea/juice which can get boring with long stay)The staff was nice and helpful as i was able to check in at around noon (before check-in time) upon arrival and there is luggage storage service when i checked out as i was leaving by a midnight flight.
