1. Obviously you don't get fancy bedding and a concierge, and yes the elevator is extrodinarily slow, but you couldn't get better for the price.

3. I can imagine people possibly do complain about the rooms here, but for me you get what you pay for, the price was good, the room was clean and was serviced daily and you cant beat the location.

4. If like me you go on holiday for the sights and local attractions more than the hotel room, and you are looking for a good price- then I would reccommend this hotel.

5. This hotel is great - everything LP suggests - great location with excellent public transport links to everywhere (Cable car, BART, Muni buses and taxi rank all within a block), sparklingly clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, and great prices for central SF.
