1. One small point - the housekeeping staff come by too early in the morning so put out your 'do not disturb' sign if you want to sleep in.

2. We left a note for housekeeping the next day asking for soap and shampoo but it was ignored, so we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves from the front desk.
