3. It`s location is superb, and yes, the cable-car runs pass it and it is just blocks away from the famous cable-car turn-around.

4. The cable TV wasn't the best and the sink is by the bed, but aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget looking to spend a few days in SF.
