1. Yes the rooms are on the smaller side but you are not in New York to hang in your room.

2. Elevator was a bit slow and choose a room with the bathrooms although the shared bathrooms are lockable and two on each floor so wouldn't be too bad.

3. The lift is old and barely fits 2 suitcases and the room was absolutely tiny - we had our own bathroom so that saved us from having to make trips to the communal ones.

9. The room was on the small side and the window looked out onto a brick wall (essentially rendering the room windowless), but it was clean with a TV, phone and wash basin, and did exactly what we wanted it to do - gave us somewhere to sleep.
