1. We did complain and were given a much better room within a matter of hours but even though we explained that it was our honeymoon we weren't given anything in way of an apology.

2. It does lack a resort feel to it and the daily resort fee is a bit steep for what should be provided free of charge given the high room rates.

6. The rooms were suppose to be clean everyday, but the carpet was very dirty everyday, not to mentioned that the cleaning person don't show up until after 3 p.m. I give credit to most of the staff including the front desk person, concierge, and valet, they were very helpful in every way.

9. - Spa - expensive, but worthwhile- Large rooms- Butt cleaning/seat warming toilets can be found in the Regency rooms.
