1. The rooms were suppose to be clean everyday, but the carpet was very dirty everyday, not to mentioned that the cleaning person don't show up until after 3 p.m. I give credit to most of the staff including the front desk person, concierge, and valet, they were very helpful in every way.

4. very strange, then at check in the front desk person really turned it around, apologized for the valet, gave us an overview of the property and noted on an area map some great places for meals during our stay.
