1. I passed out on comfortable bed and when I woke up my wife told me hotel general manager came by with complimentary drinks, fruit basket and box of chocolate with warm greeting.

5. Two days before my arrival there was a hotel computer error that mistakenly charged me for my pre-paid stay all over again (potential disaster!) and the Front Desk Manager handled and corrected the matter with impressive swiftness with just a phone call.

6. Mike Fujii (Sales Manager) and the Hyatt crew were all very helpful and always available, and even during the crisis, they were there (or made sure those who had to be were).

I was checked in and handed my keys in a matter of 5 minutes, I got the opportunity to meet one of the managers by the name of Micah Laymon, what a kind person, as she guided me in the right direction and everytime I saw her thereafter she remembered my name and greeted my and my fiance with a smile and offered a helping hand.
