1. We also had an issue with the room next to us having a loud gathering around midnight the first night we arrived (and were exhausted from a day of travel) but we called the front desk and security came up promptly and addressed the situation professionally.

10. What annoyed me is that the laundry bags and forms NEVER got replenished for 3 weeks, I had to pick new ones myself at the front desk, after asking several times for the house keeping to bring new ones, which they did not do most of the time.
