1. On top of it all, the towels were stained, the bathrooms were outdated with mildew stains, light fixtures were missing bulbs, etc.The pool area was nice, but it would be worth while for the Westin to either hire additional staff or have current staff come in earlier to clean the pools each morning.

9. The location is great but it's a hike to the rooms (which you have to access from the outdoors which is not appropriate for anyone who has difficulty walking or is in a wheelchair since it's bumpy, long and jagged) and the bathrooms in particular are extremely dated.

10. The furniture in the room had stains on it, there were crickets and other bugs on the floor in the room, there was hair on the floor of the shower and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling.
